12:45
A joke for every occasion. Except one.
Vincenzo is 47. He has a small company about to lose its biggest client, a wife and a son who love him. Every Sunday he has lunch at his parents’ place in Naples, and every Sunday he can’t tell anyone how he really feels.
When reality gets too much, he is pulled into the old TV in his childhood bedroom and travels through the worlds of his imagination: the cartoons, video games and music he grew up with.

13:30
Lunch is served. Everyone in their seat.

14:30
Mom: “Vince, how’s work? Everything fine?”
Vincenzo: “Everything’s fine, Mom.”
In every conversation the sincere line is right there on screen, faded. You can try to pick it, but Vincenzo freezes, trembles, and each attempt costs the line a word.
